REGISTRATION AND INSTRUCTIONAL FEES

Registration and Instructional Fees are charged per child each school year. Both fees are paid at the time of registration and are NON-REFUNDABLE

TUITION FEES

Tuition per family is computed on a YEARLY BASIS. However, for parent’s convenience, tuition may be paid on a semestral basis or in ten equal monthly installments.

When tuition is paid on a semestral basis, 1st payment is made upon registration, and the balance, on the first week of the second semester (January).

When the tuition is paid in ten equal monthly installments, the first installment is due upon registration of the same year. Next installment will resume in September. Monthly payment is due every 1st thru 7th of the month. There will be a $20.00 surcharge for all payments made after the 7th of each month.

A $50.00 fee will be added on one’s account, if his/her check payment bounces. After two (2) returned checks, we will accept only money order or cash payment for your tuition account.

No deductions from tuition will be made for school days missed because of student’s absence.

School days falling on holidays observed by the school will not be made up, discontinued or refunded.

DAMAGED TEXTBOOK FEE

Textbooks are assigned to each student at the beginning of the school year. At the end of the school year, textbooks will be examined by the classroom teacher. Damaged textbooks must be paid for by the student who was assigned for the textbook.

Softcover - $15.00 each
Hardcover - $30.00 each

REFUND

For withdrawal made within the first week of registration, 50% of tuition paid for one month will be refunded.

For tuition paid on a yearly or semestral basis, the rest of the tuition will be refunded.

For any withdrawal made after the first week of the registration, 25% tuition paid for one month will be refunded. For tuition paid on a yearly or semestral basis, the rest of the tuition paid will be refunded.

Attendance of three (3) full classes within the month warrants a full month tuition.

DELINQUENT TUITION

If tuition account is delinquent, exams will not be administered to respective students. Students with three months delinquency in payment of tuition fee will not be allowed in school. They will be re-admitted after payment or another arrangement has been made with the school.

***Only upon payment of tuition, registration and other fees shall a student be considered enrolled
